How Does The H3Rs Program Work?
It is very simple: after signing-up and being vetted by H3Rs platform, Hotels will be able to post their leftover giveaways and eligible entities will be able to apply for hotel giveaway donations.
Both groups will then manage their donations or requests [type and quantity] from their private dashboard and receive e-mail notifications from new hotel giveaways postings or applications for donations.
Once the connection is established through H3Rs platform, both groups can communicate to organise the logistic and best way to benefit from the selected items.
What Does “Eligible Entities” Mean?
Eligible entities are pre-validated organisations that can benefit from Hotel leftover giveaways: charities, NGOs, social enterprises and governmental community-based programs.
What Is Our H3Rs Giveaways Program About?
ALL hotels cover the entire sustainability spectrum. ALL Hotels have a lot of regular leftovers due to their stringent refurbishing cycles or following client on-site events.
So many items can benefit so many people if they reach the right hands.
The H3Rs platform helps hotels manage their leftover giveaways by connecting them with eligible entities that really help the local communities.
The 2 ultimate goals are:
- To Reduce, Reuse, Recycle towards lesser and lesser waste,
- To give/donate to those who need it the most.
Is Zero Waste an ideal? We do not believe so. Everyone’s contribution counts as little as it may be. Thank you for your Support!

What Does Hotel “Leftovers” Mean?
Hotels have to replace many things on a regular basis: mattresses, pillows, duvet covers, office and room furniture, room amenities, etc.
Hotels also are often left with many marketing items after hosting client’s events (MICE): pens, notepads, backpacks, water bottles, widgets, etc.
